Kirsten Lightfoot PCC, MCS and ADHD Life Coach

Kirsten has a passion for partnering with coaches my mentoring style is curious, supportive and insightful. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where coaches can reflect honestly, build confidence and deepen their coaching practice.

Through our mentoring partnership, I tailor my feedback to what supports your development and growth. Together, we’ll recognise patterns, leverage your strengths, refine your coaching, and strengthen your alignment with the ICF Core Coaching Competencies.

My goal isn’t to help you coach like me – it’s to help you become a more confident and authentic coach that coaches with purpose, presence and impact.

Mentor Coaching

The focus of mentor coaching always was and always will be developing the mentor coaching clients' skills in alignment with the ICF Core Coaching Competencies. With the recent changes to mentor coaching and the new credential for ICF Mentors there is a significant amount of work on all new ICF Mentor Coach Specialisation Coaches. Each mentor session involves reviewing the recording before the mentoring session, completing the online mentor coaching session with the mentor coaching client and completing the ICF ACC or PCC Session Observation form and the ACC or PCC Competency Review form. Each mentoring session involves the mentor coaching the client through submitting a recording of a full coaching session of 20-25 minutes in length. Completing a mentor coaching client feedback form to ensure the Kirsten, our mentor coach, is aware of your developmental focus, this also includes a copy of the signed agreement by the mentor coaching client’s client (the client of the coach wanting mentoring) for the recording. We will spend 1 hour with you in our mentor session reviewing parts or all of the recording, practising reflective practice and partnering with you to recognise your coaching strengths and development opportunities in alignment with ICF Core Coaching Competencies and the credentialing pathway you are aim for either ACC or PCC.

1:1 Mentor coaching session

In our 1:1 mentor coaching sessions, we focus on the co-created development plan tailored to the mentor coaching clients needs and learning styles and aspirations. We space out our sessions to ensure you have enough time for practice and skill integration between mentor coaching session.

Written Feedback

After the 1:1 Mentoring Session you will receive written feedback from Kirsten about your strengths and development areas in the ICF ACC or PCC Review Form

Formative Appraisals

After each mentor coaching session, Kirsten will take the time to identify where specific competencies and complete either the ACC or PCC ICF Competency Review Form.
