12-Week Adult Group Coaching Program
12-Weeks of Education, Worksheets and Group Coaching Sessions
Each session is live with our ADHD Coach and provides education and self discovery worksheets and coaching.
We cover the topics that are the most impactful for our ADHD clients, managing overwhelm, rejection sensitivity dysphoria, the inner critic, time management, planning, organising, focusing, sustaining focus, utilising memory, managing our emotions, regulating impulsivity.
The purpose of the group is to help you understand how your ADHD shows up for you and help you develop the tools you need to be able to thrive with ADHD.
